Below, fill out the form and select which club you want to join. We’ll make it easy - you can always move up or down in your allocation at any time. We just ask you to make a year long commitment with us. Those Fine Details: All wine shipments will require the signature of an adult who is at least 21 years of age at delivery. Please update your profile as soon as possible with any changes to your address, credit card information, or shipping preferences. Shipment dates may vary based on weather conditions. If it is too hot to ship wine, we will delay the shipment until conditions improve or contact you to coordinate another delivery method. We will send advance communication of wines chosen for each release, and when your credit card will be charged. You will have an opportunity to fully customize your club allocation as long as you purchase the minimum number of bottles required for your club level. Applicable shipping and tax will be billed at the time of shipment. By signing up and completing the wine club registration, it confirms that you are at least age 21, and that you authorize us to hold your credit card on file to charge you for the cost of each wine club release, including applicable taxes or shipping. Twisted Union Wine Company team has the right to modify, cancel or alter club details and benefits at any time, and will provide our members advance communications.
